摘　　要：本文阐述了暂估价在设定范围过于广泛、金额比例较高,列项和组价不明确的问题,同时也提出了招标投标对暂估价的相关约定不明确等问题,并分析了产生这些问题的原因,然后提出了具有实践操作意义的对策措施。In the paper, problems of provisional estimate are described, such as too extensive set scope, higher amount proportion, unclear listed item and price composition. Meanwhile, unclear agreements about provisional estimate in bidding and tendering and similar problems are proposed. Reasons of the problems are analyzed. Then countermeasures with practical operation significance are proposed.
