摘 要:植物卷材是护坡工程中应用的新材料,而保水剂在卷材中的施用对于卷材的设计和使用有至关重要的影响。通过室外试件试验与室内试验相结合的方式研究了保水剂施用在植物卷材中的失水规律,结果表明,保水剂在施用之后,保水能力快速下降,失水速度急剧加快。保水剂吸水后在30℃条件下烘干,其质量与烘干时间呈直线关系,即保水剂失水速度在整个烘干过程中大致相同,拟合方程为y=ax+b;卷材中的保水剂吸水后,同样在30℃的烘干条件下其质量与烘干时间呈y=ax2+bx+c的曲线关系,即前半段烘干时间的失水速度明显高于后半段,约35 h后保水剂中的水分大部分流失,并且施用时间越长此特点表现越明显。所以,在卷材的设计和使用过程中,保水剂的施用并不是一次性完成的,到一定的期限时要补充保水剂或者在试件中添加保水剂的缓释装置,以保障卷材能长期使用。Plant coiled material is a new material applied in slope protection engineering and the application of water retaining agent in the coiled material has a critical impact on the design and application of coiled material.The paper studied the water loss law of water retaining agent in coiled material by the way of outdoor test piece and indoor teat combination.The outcomes show that a) after using water retaining agent,the water retaining capacity is rapidly decreased and the speed of water loss is suddenly accelerated.The water retaining agent is dried after absorbing under 30℃ conditions,the quality and drying time shows linear relation,i.e.the water loss rate of watrr retaining agent is roughly the same during whole process of drying.The simulated equation is y=ax+b and;b) after absorbing of water retaining agent in coiled material and under the same 30 ℃ conditions,the quality and drying lime shows curve linear relationship of y=ax^2+bx+c,i.e.the water loss rale in the first half drying time is obviously higher than that of latter half of the drying lime.The most of water in the water retaining agent is lost after about 35 hours and the longer the time of use,the more obvious characteristic will be.Thus,during the process of design and usage,the application of water retaining agent is not completed by one-lime.It should replenish it or add slow-release device of water retaining agent at a certain period of time for ensuring long-term service of coiled material.
