摘 要:为了研究碳含量对BTC1冷轧搪瓷钢板搪烧后力学性能的影响,调整BTC1搪瓷钢的碳含量,通过金相、扫描电镜、拉伸、硬度测试等分析方法进行试验分析。研究表明,碳含量的提高从微观组织上改变搪瓷钢内部第二相粒子的数量,从力学性能方面显著提高了冷轧搪瓷钢板搪烧后的上屈服强度,对下屈服强度和抗拉强度影响不明显,维氏硬度提高,断后伸长率降低。In order to investigate the influence of carbon content on the mechanical properties of BTC 1 cold-roll enamel steel after enamel firing, the carbon content in BTC1 enamel steel was adjusted. The samples were tested and analyzed by metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), tensile and hardness tests. The results showed that the increase of carbon content changed the quantity of second phase particles inside enamel steel in microstructure. In terms of mechanical property, the upper yield strength of cold-roll enamel steel sheet was significantly enhanced after enamel firing. However, it had no great influence on the lower yield strength and tensile strength. Moreover, the Vickers hardness was improved, while the percentage elongation after fracture was reduced.
