摘 要:试验研究了微量铌对热镀锌双相钢力学性能的影响。研究表明,随镀锌退火时间延长,DP钢的屈服和抗拉强度下降、伸长率升高;微量铌延迟回火时马氏体中碳的析出及再结晶,可以改善双相钢的回火稳定性;铌微合金化DP双相钢的抗拉强度比碳锰钢高50 MPa以上,故可以得到具有优良性能的高强度镀锌双相钢板。The influence of tiny Nb on mechanical properties of galvanized dual phase (DP) steel was tested and investigated. The results showed that with the prolonging of galvanized annealing time, the yield and tensile strength of DP steel decreased, while the elongation rate increased. The tiny Nb had delay effect on the precipitation and recrystallization of carbon in martensite during tempering, which would improve the stability of DP steel. The tensile strength of Nb microalloying galvanized DP steel was 50 MPa higher than that of carbon manganese steel. Therefore, the high strength galvanized DP steel sheet with excellent properties was obtained.
