摘 要:基于双电流探头,设置被测噪声源为短路导线、标准电阻、电感、标准电容四种状态,利用散射参数原理分别其传输参数和反射参数,从而提取到被测噪声源的高频阻抗。以商用开关电源为测试对象,实现了源阻抗幅值和相位的测试和计算,验证了该方法的有效性。本文设计的四种状态测试方法,基本涵盖了所有的阻抗描述情况,克服了测试过程中存在的近似和理想化的约束条件,测量的精度提高,为电磁干扰滤波器的设计提供了准确的参考依据。Based on the double current probe, the transmission parameters and reflection parameters of the short circuit, loading standard resistance, capacitance, inductance and loading noise source impedance are measured by using the principle of scattering parameters. A test on commercial switching power supplied as the test object was carried out, in which the source impedance amplitude and phase are measured and calculated and the validity of the method is verified. This paper designs four kinds of testing methods, which basically cover all the impedance description, and overcome the approximation and the ideal of the constraints existing in the testing process, improve the accuracy of measurement, and provide a reference for the design of electromagnetic interference filter.
