摘　　要：普通曝光黑片(银盐片)尺寸稳定性随存放环境温湿度的变化影响较大,而铬版玻璃底片作为图形转移载体,其尺寸稳定性基本不受温湿度变化影响,对制作精细线路具有明显优势。文章主要介绍玻璃底片在未来PCB和FPC精细线路中的应用前景及制作25μm线宽关键点。Ordinary silver film had a greater influence on the dimensional stability with the change of environmental temperature and humidity. But the dimensional of glass film is very stable. This paper introduces the application of glass film in PCB and verifies that we can produce 25μm line by glass film based on normal modification processing.
