摘　　要：有效控制医疗运行过程中关键环节的质量是医疗质量管理的重点。文章介绍了为提高各临床科室医疗运行环节质量,组织、实施科主任夜查房制度,针对医院运行过程中存在的医疗质量问题提出控制办法、解决措施并予以实施,取得了一定成效。此外,发现院长亲抓质量管理可起到事半功倍的作用;科主任的重视程度决定查房质量的高低;对医疗过程中每个环节的质量均加以控制才能保障总体医疗质量的持续提升。It is a key point in medical quality management to effectively control the quality of critical links in the medical operation process. The paper introduces the department head＇s night ward inspection system organized and implemented in a bid to improve the quality of links in the medical operation process of all clinical departments; aiming at the medical quality problems existing during hospital operation, control measures and solutions are put forward and put into practice, which have achieved some results. Additionally, it is found that if the hospital president personally takes charge of quality management, twofold results can be gotten with half the effort; the recognition degree of department head determines the quality of ward inspection; the continuous improvement of overall medical quality cannot be guaranteed unless the quality of each link in the medical process is controlled.
