摘　　要：分级诊疗是新一轮医药卫生体制改革的重要内容,探索并建立完善的分级诊疗制度有助于医药卫生体制改革的顺利进行。通过实地考查、定性访谈、问卷调查等方式,在现行分级诊疗政策的基础上,分析了我市现阶段分级诊疗的实施现状及存在的问题,并提出了完善相关制度、提高基层医疗水平、改善基层医疗机构硬件水平、努力提高患者健康素养水平、合理应用医保支付手段等对策与建议,以期为我市分级诊疗的有序、持续展开提供借鉴。Hierarchical medical is an important content of the new round of medical and health system reform, so exploring and setting up a well-established hierarchical medical system is helpful for the smooth implementation of medical and health system reform. Through field study, qualitative interview, and questionnaire survey, on the basis of current policies for hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, the authors analyze the implementation status and existing problems of hierarchical medical in Nanchong at the present stage and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, such as completing relevant systems, elevating basic medical level, improving the hardware of basic medical institutions, making efforts to improve the health literacy of patients, and reasonably using medical insurance payment, with a view to provide reference for the orderly sustainable implementation of hierarchical medical in Nanchong.
