摘 要:针对时栅位移传感器网络化通信的要求,提出了一种时栅位移传感器便携式远程测量系统的设计方案。根据时栅位移传感器的特点,该系统采用STM32F103和AD9959产生激励信号,选择以太网、WIFI、GPRS作为互联网通信接口,实现传感器互联网功能,建立时栅位移传感器产品后台服务终端,以达到时栅位移传感器产品远程防伪、远程故障诊断与自校准功能。采用Android人机交互界面进行数据管理,具有低功耗、使用方便、操作简单等特点,提升了时栅传感器产品网络化和智能化功能。With the increasing demand of the time grating displacement sensor network communication, a portable remote measuring system design scheme for the time grating displacement sensor was proposed. According to the characteristics of the time grating displacement sensor,the system uses STM32F103 and AD9959 to generate the excitation signal.Ethernet, WIFI and GPRS were selected as the Internet communication interface, and the Internet function of the sensor was realized, and the time grating displacement sensor products background service terminal was established. In order to achieve the time grating displacement sensor remote security, remote diagnostics and self-calibration function, the data management was carried out by using Android human computer interaction interface, with the characteristics of low power consumption, easy to use, simple operation and so on.The network and intelligent functions of the time grating displacement sensor were improved, which promotes the development of the time-grating displacement sensor.
