石斛“厚肠胃”相关功效药理学研究及应用进展

摘　　要：石斛是中医常用"肠胃药",《神农本草经》记载石斛"主伤中…久服厚肠胃,轻身延年",至现行《中国药典》"益胃生津"等,历代中医古籍多有相关论述。通过整理历代古籍关于石斛"厚肠胃"功效相关记载,并围绕功效对其在胃黏膜损伤、胃肠运动、消化液及消化酶分泌、肠道菌群、肠道免疫等方面的药理作用进行综述;最后对石斛"厚肠胃"功效的临床应用与产品开发现状进行分析,为其进一步深入开发和临床应用提供参考。Dendrobii Caulis was traditionally used for promoting middle energizer, strengthening enterogastric function to light body weight, and prolonging life according to Shennong＇s Classic ofMateria Medica and many other previous ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine. The stomach and intestine tonic effect is still approved in modem society and broadly applied in clinic, whose efficacy has been featured as replenishing yin for maintaining gastric tonicity, enhancing the production of body fluid, and clearing away heat in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015. This review firstly made a summary of ancient literature on strengthening enterogastric function of Dendrobii Caulis, combined with literature of modem pharmacological research and clinical application from literature search system, such as CNKI, etc. It was summarized that Dendrobii Caulis had broad bioactivities in enterogastric system including gastric mucosa protection, digest-promotion, intestinal flora modulation, intestinal immunity regulation, stimulation of digestive juice secretion, etc. Furthermore, present situation of product development was analyzed based on patent and health product search system. This review could provide a reference for further development and clinical application ofDendrobii Caulis.
