摘 要:为了研究模板对介孔氧化铈催化性能的影响,采用KIT-6和介孔碳模板合成了2种介孔氧化铈,考察并比较了其对CO的催化氧化性能。通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、氮气吸脱附、傅里叶红外光谱分析、X射线荧光光谱分析等测试手段对介孔氧化铈结构进行了分析。结果表明,2种介孔氧化铈均为有序介孔材料,且比表面积及孔结构差别不大,但以KIT-6为模板制备的介孔氧化铈表面含有3.3%的氧化硅。以介孔碳为模板制备的氧化铈催化活性更好,主要原因是以KIT-6为模板制备的氧化铈表面残留的SiO_2阻碍催化反应。Mesoporous ceria-based catalysts are synthesized by the hard template method. The as-synthesized mesoporous eeria-based catalysts are used to catalyze CO oxidation. The effect of template type is investigated. Moreover, various characterization techniques are employed to study the relationship between catalyst feature and catalytic properties. The results indicate that eeria-based catalysts prepared by using mesoporous carbon as template possess ordered mesoporous architectures and exhibit much better catalytic activity compared with those prepared by using KIT-6 as template. The residual SiO2 from KIT-6 is demonstrated to be the main reason for much worse catalytic activities by the characterization results of XRF and FT-IR spectra.
