摘  要:成胶过程中加入无机助剂(碳酸氢铵和尿素)制备体相催化剂,采用BET、XRD、SEM、TEM、强度测定、堆积密度测定等分析手段对催化剂物化性质进行表征,考察了无机助剂对体相催化剂物化性质的影响。结果表明,成胶过程中加入碳酸氢铵,改善了体相催化剂孔结构和比表面积,活性金属分散均匀,可利用的活性中心数量大量增多,制备的催化剂具有良好的压碎强度,堆积密度大幅度降低,减少了体相催化剂的制备成本。评价结果表明,在成胶过程中加入碳酸氢铵可明显提高体相催化剂的超深度加氢脱硫活性和芳烃饱和性能,尤其适用于加工处理劣质原料油,在缓和的工艺条件下可生产超低硫柴油产品。Bulk hydrorefining catalyst is prepared by adding inorganic additives (NH4HCO3 or CO (NH2)2 in gelation process. The effect of inorganic additives on the physical and chemical properties of bulk catalysts is investigated by various characterization instruments, such as BET, XRD, SEM, TEM, strength measurement and bulk density measurements. The results show that the addition of ammonium bicarbonate in the gelation process improves the pore structure and specific surface area of the bulk catalyst. The active metal is evenly dispersed and the number of available active centers is greatly increased. The prepared catalyst has good crushing strength and bulk density. And the preparation cost of the bulk catalyst is reduced. The results show that the addition of ammonium bicarbonate can greatly improve the hydrodesulfurization activity and aromatics saturation performance of the bulk catalyst, especially for the processing of poor quality raw material oil,which can produce ultra-low sulfur diesel products.
