摘 要:研制了一台2 t/d多效膜蒸馏与多级闪蒸耦合的海水淡化中试装置,开展了中试性能测试和条件实验研究,分析了操作温度、效间温差、真空度、料液温度、流量、浓度等因素对系统性能的影响。实验结果表明,操作温度从60℃升高到80℃,效间温差从4.5℃增大到8.0℃,产水负荷分别增大12.7%和减少9.5%;料液温度从75℃升高至90℃,产水负荷指数增大55%,膜通量从3.95 kg/(m^2·h)增大至6.12 kg/(m^2·h);渗透侧真空度从70 k Pa增大至82 k Pa,产水负荷线性增大25%,造水比减小4.5%。此外,料液流速和料液浓度对产水性能的影响相对较弱。A 2. 0 t/d desalination pilot plant is developed, which is integrated with multi-effect membrane distillation (MEMD) and multi-stage flash (MSF) technologies. Performances tests and the effects of operating parameters on performance are analyzed. The results show that the water production and GOR are affected by operating temperature and temperature difference between effects. Water production is increased by 12. 7% as operating temperature is increased from 60℃ to 80℃. In contrast, the water production is reduced by 9. 5% as temperature difference is increased from 4. 5℃ to 8. O℃. Moreover, as feed temperature is increased from 75℃ to 90℃, water production is exponentially grown by 55% , and the membrane flux is increased from 3.95 kg/m2h to 6. 12 kg/m2h. Furthermore ,as vacuum degree is increased from 70 kPa to 82 kPa,water production is linearly increased by 25% ,while GOR is decreased by 4. 5%. In addition,feed flow and salinity have minor effects on performance.
