北海市实施儿童预防接种信息化管理系统建设效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解北海市儿童预防接种信息系统建设情况,分析预防接种信息化管理效果,为免疫规划管理提供科学依据。方法使用金卫信公司的《儿童预防接种信息管理系统接种点客户端》软件,通过条码扫描识别个案,建立儿童预防接种个案数据库。结果北海市在实施信息化管理后,儿童建卡率、儿童基本信息完整率、接种信息完整率分别为99.48%、78.95%、97.32%,与信息化管理前比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=621.40、31 016.10、15 268.70,P<0.01)。适龄儿童常规免疫、加强免疫的接种率分别为95.26%和91.42%,与信息化管理前比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=29 426.84、5 106.08,P<0.01)。常住儿童、流动儿童常规"五苗"全程接种率分别为92.78%和90.15%,与信息化前比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6 238.09、830.90,P<0.01)。结论儿童预防接种信息化管理系统建设后,对于提高儿童预防接种率效果明显,有效地解决了流动人口的接种问题,对防止漏种和错种有积极意义。Objective Management of the information on vaccination of children in Beihai City was assessed to provide a scien- tific reference for the management of immunization records. Methods The Golden Vaccine Immunization Assistant System soft- ware was used to establish a database on vaccination records of children, which could be accessed via the barcode scanning rec- ognition system. Results Childreng basic card -build rate, information integrity rate, vaccination information complete rate are 99. 48%, 78.95% and 97.32% respectively, significant difference existed in the children before and after the implementation of the online information management system（χ2 = 621.40, 31 016. 10, 15 268. 70, P 〈 0.01 ）. Children＇s routine immuniza- tion, strengthen the immune were 95.26% and 91.42% respectively, significant difference was also observed in it（χ2 = 29 426. 84, 5 106. 08, P 〈0. 01 ）. The timely immunization rate of a full - course ＂five - vaccines＂ significant difference existed in the percentage of children before and after the implementation of the online information management system （χ2 = 6 238.09, 830. 90, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Implementation of the online information management system has improved the vaccination rate of the children, and has effectively solve the challenges encountered in heterochthonous vaccination of non - resident popula- tions. With the advanced service system, proper effectively prevents the occurrence of missed and mistaken vaccinations.
