摘　　要：目的了解镇安县2013年麻疹流行病学特征,为完善和制订消除麻疹策略提供依据。方法对镇安县2013年麻疹疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果镇安县2013年共报告实验室确诊麻疹病例22例,无死亡病例和暴发疫情,报告发病率7.99/10万;病例均为县内乡镇之间流动儿童;4-8月均有发病,5月为发病高峰期;发病以5岁以下儿童为主,男女性别比1.67∶1。结论提高疫苗接种率,消除免疫空白,加强流动儿童管理,预防院内感染,注重麻疹防控知识宣传是麻疹防控工作的重点。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of measles in 2013 to improve the county town, and provide the basis for measles elimination strategies. Methods Zhen＇an County in 2013 to the town of measles epidemic data de scriptive epidemiological analysis. Results Zhen＇an County 2013 were reported laboratory confirmed cases of measles in 22 cases, no death cases and outbreaks, the reported incidence rate for 7.99/100 000; between the county township migrant chil- dren; April to August has the morbidity, May is the peak incidence; age of onset in children under 5 years of age sex ratio was 1.67： 1. Conclusion Improve vaccination rate, eliminate the immune gap, strengthen the management of migrant children, prevention of nosocomial infection, focus on measles prevention and control knowledge propaganda is the focus of the work of measles prevention and control.
