海南临高人9项人类群体遗传学特征研究

摘　　要：本文调查海南临高县546例(男278例,女268例)高中生的内眦褶等9项头面部指标,研究结果如下:19项头面部指标中,凸型鼻梁和有尖型发际的出现率男性显著高于女性(P<0.01),其余7项指标的出现率男性与女性接近(P>0.05)。2在15个族群中,海南临高人有上眼睑皱褶、铲型门齿、非凸鼻梁、宽鼻孔出现率较高,有内眦褶、发际有尖、直发出现率处于中等水平,突型下颏、有耳垂出现率较低。3聚类分析表明,临高人9项遗传指标具有南方族群的特征,与海南汉族人最接近。Abstract. 9 human group genetic characteristics of head-face of 546 middle school students （278 males and 268 females） of Lingao in Hainan province. The results are as follows： （1） There is a significantly sex difference on nasal frofile and hair point of the forehead, the remaining 7 characters have no significant difference （2） Comparing with the 14 other ethnic groups in China, Lingao has a higher frequency of eyefold of the upper eyelid, shovelshaped front tooth, non-projecting nasal profile and wide nostril. The mongoloid fold, forehead hair point and straight hair are of middle level. The percentage of protruding chin and ear lobe appearance has a lower level. （3） The results of cluster analysis show that the 9 human group genetics characteristics has the characteristics of southern ethnic group, and closest to the Han of Hainan.
