摘 要:分析了BIM技术的发展现状和绿色建筑的特点,阐述了BIM技术在绿色建筑上的应用优势,系统地研究了BIM技术在绿色建筑的前期规划、方案设计、项目施工、后期运营维护等各阶段的具体应用方法。研究表明:利用BIM技术能够增加规划选址的合理性、降低设计误差、提高设计质量、模拟优化施工流程、监督维护运营过程,实现绿色建筑全寿命周期的节能和质量管理,有效提高绿色建筑设计、施工和维护的效率,降低生产成本。After analyzing the development status and green building characteristics of BIM technology,the application advantages of BIM technology in green building w ere expounded. At the same time,the specific application methods of BIM technology in preliminary planning,project design,project construction and operation maintenance of the green building w ere systematically studied. Study show s that using BIM technology can increase the rationality of location planning,reduce design errors,improve the quality of design,simulate and optimize the construction process,monitor and safeguard operation process in order to achieve the goals of energy- saving and quality management in the w hole life cycle of green building,effectively improve the efficiency in design,efficiency of construction and maintenance in green building,and reduce the production cost.
