基于模糊综合评价的沈阳市装配式建筑制约因素分析

摘　　要：从技术、材料、生产过程、政策法规等方面对沈阳市装配式建筑所面临的形势进行了分析,构建了沈阳市装配式建筑评价指标体系,通过对制约因素的综合权重进行排序,最终确定了主要制约因素。指出了政府应出台相应的设计模数,施工企业应加强施工工艺连接管理,生产企业应提高技术水平、降低成本以减少施工中问题的产生,使沈阳市装配式建筑在未来得到更好的发展。This paper analyzes the situation of assembly building in Shenyang from the aspects of technology,materials,production process,policies and regulations,establishes the evaluation index system of assembly building in Shenyang,rearranges according to the restricting factors of comprehensive w eight,and finally determines the major restrictive factors. It w as pointed out that the government should introduce the corresponding modulus design; construction enterprises should strengthen connection management in the construction process; production enterprises should improve the technological level,and reduce cost to reduce the problems in construction so that assembly building in Shenyang city can be better in the future development.
