β-Catenin在慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨β-Catenin在慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织中的表达及其与肝组织炎症及纤维化的关系。方法 ：采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者和15例正常对照者肝组织中β-Catenin的表达,统计分析正常对照及慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织中β-Catenin的表达差异,并研究其表达量与肝内炎症及纤维化的相关性。结果：慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织中β-Catenin的表达较正常对照组明显增高（0.87±0.27 vs 7.18±0.68,P〈0.000 1）,且随着肝内炎症及纤维化的进展,β-Catenin的表达逐渐增高（G1～2,4.94±0.82,G3～4,8.67±0.88,P=0.005 7;S1～2,5.52±0.68,S3～4,9.00±1.09,P=0.008 9）。结论 ：β-Catenin可能参与慢性乙型肝炎肝内炎症及纤维化的发生发展过程。Objective： To explore the expressi on of β-Catenin in liver tissue in patients with chronic hepatitis B and its relationship with inflammation and fibrosis. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of β-Catenin in40 cases of chronic hepatitis B and 15 cases of normal controls. Then the correlation between β-Catenin and inflammation or fibrosis were analyzed. Results： In patients with chronic hepatitis B, expression of β-Catenin was significantly increased compared with normal control group（7. 18 ± 0. 68 vs 0. 87 ± 0. 27, P〈0. 000 1）; more importantly, with the progress of the intrahepatic inflammation and fibrosis, expression of β-Catenin was increased（G1-2, 4.94±0.82, G3-4, 8.67±0.88, P=0.005 7;S1-2, 5.52±0.68, S3-4, 9.00±1.09, P=0.008 9）. Conclusion： β-Catenin might participate in the progress of inflammation and fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
