摘  要:大型原油储罐工程涉及到的专业繁多,施工过程交叉作业、工艺技术要求高、建设周期长和运营维护复杂。如果工程质量不过关,不仅影响施工企业的商业信誉,而且后期工程质量问题的整治也会产生高额花费。因此,施工单位必须要结合先进管理技术,将施工质量控制摆在工作首位,并最终实现提高企业核心竞争力的目的。引入BIM技术,通过建立虚拟模型和模拟工况,可对整个工程建设和运营过程进行优化控制,最终达到提高质量和节约成本等目的。Large - scale crude oil storage tank project involves many professional, cross - operation of construc- tion process, high technological requirements, long construction period and complicated operation and maintenance. If the quality of the project, however, not only affect the business reputation of construction enterprises, but also the quality of the latter part of the renovation project will have high costs. Therefore, the construction unit must be combined with advanced management techniques, construction quality control in the first place, and ultimately improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. By introducing the BIM technology, through the establishment of the virtual model and simulation conditions, the entire project construction and operation process can be optimized and controlled, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving quality and saving cost.
