摘　　要：目的调查武警某部新兵健康水平,以及新兵集训和团体心理咨询对新兵心理健康的影响,以便有针对性开展心理干预,培养入伍新兵的健全人格和良好心理素质,提高部队整体素质和战斗力。方法采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist-90,SCL-90)对武警某部新兵进行测查,并将结果与全国常模、我国军人常模进行比较,采用IBM SPSS 21.0进行数据分析。结果 (1)206名新兵中,集训前不良心理反应7名(3.40%),集训后不良心理反应降低为2名(0.97%),集训前后不良心理反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.175)。(2)新兵集训前后各因子得分及总分均低于全国军人常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);本次新兵集训前人际敏感、抑郁、敌对因子得分及总分低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),集训后各因子得分及总分均低于全国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)团体咨询和对照组新兵集训后SCL-90各项因子得分和总分均有下降,但两组下降程度(差值)的差别无统计学意义。结论集训能显著提高新兵的心理健康水平,团体心理咨询对新兵心理健康状态的作用还有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the recruits＇ psychological health level, and the impact of recruit training and group counseling on recruits＇ psychological health, so as to carry out corresponding psychological intervention, cultivate a sound personality and perfect psychological quality, and improve overall qualities and fighting capacity of the army. Methods Soldiers of an armed police corps were investigated with symptom checklist-90, and then the results were compared with the national norm and the Chinese military norm. IBM SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis. Results（1） There were 7 recruits（3.40%） with adverse psychological reactions before training and 2 recruits（0.97%） after that among 206 recruits, and the difference was statistically significant（P=0.175）.（2） Total score of SCL-90 and subscales scores before and after training were all lower than those of the Chinese military norm, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The interpersonal sensitivity, depression, and hostile factors scores and total score of SCL-90 before training were lower than those of national norm, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Total score of SCL-90 and subscales scores after training were all lower than those of national norm, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（3） Total score of SCL-90 and subscales scores after counseling were all lower than those of before, but the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance. Conclusions Psychological health status of recruits can be improved through training, and effect of group counseling on recruits＇ psychological health status remains to be further studied.
