摘　　要：目的回顾性分析医疗不良事件(medical adverse event,MAE)的分布情况,为进一步加强医院MAE管理,全面提升医疗安全服务质量提供科学依据。方法采用病例分析方法,对新疆维吾尔自治区某三级综合医院发生的1224例MAE人群的性别、年龄、发生场所,以及相应医务人员进行分析。结果 1224例MAE患者中,男性占53.10%,女性占46.90%;不同年龄段MAE患者中,60岁以上占33.83%;在MAE发生场所中,主要集中在普通病房(836例,占68.30%)、重症监护室(104例,占8.50%)等高风险场所;在医务人员中,医师岗位、初级及以下医务人员均是医院MAE发生的主要人群;在发生MAE科室中,非手术科室(736例,占60.13%)是主要场所。结论根据MAE分布特征,医院应当有针对性的加大医务人员的培训教育工作,不断完善MAE管理制度建设,从而全面提升医疗安全服务质量。Objective To analyze the distribution of medical adverse event（MAE） retrospectively, so as to provide scientific basis for further strengthening the management of MAE, establishing a sustainably-improved MAE management system. MethodsGender, age, occurring place and corresponding medical staff of 1224 cases of MAE at a third-grade general hospital in Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region were analyzed through case analysis method. Results Male patients account for 53.10% and female patients＇ accounts for 46.90% in 1224 cases of MAE. Those over 60 years old account for 33.83% among patients in different age groups. High-risk places such as ward（836 cases, 68.30%） and intensive care unit（104 cases, 8.5%） had the highest occurring rate. In the medical staffs who are involved in MAE, doctors and those with the elementary level and below had the highest incidence. In the departments engaged in MAE, non-surgical departments（736 cases, 60.13%） had the highest rate. Conclusions The hospital should be targeted to increase training and education of medical personnel according to characteristics of MAE distribution, and constantly improve construction of MAE management system, so as to create a high-quality medical environment.
