摘　　要：文章首先分析了计算机软件质量评价中指标体系建立的方法以及特征,并结合计算机软件的发展应用现状来进行。在此基础上重点探讨在计算机软件质量模糊评价方法应用时的方法流程,以及在评价过程中需要重点注意的内容,促进管理计划可以在现场更全面的落实,监管软件质量也能够得到明显的提升,通过这种方法来解决计算机软件市场不规范的深层问题,必然会取得理想的效果。This article first analyzes the computer software quality evaluation index system establishment method and the characteristics, and combined with the development and application of computer software to carry on. On the basis of focusing on the process method of the fuzzy evaluation method is applied to the computer software quality, as well as the content in the evaluation process to focus on the promotion of management plan can be in the field of more comprehensive implementation, supervision software quality can be significantly improved, to solve the deep-seated problems of computer software market is not regulated by this method it will have the desired, effect.
