摘 要:计算机数据挖掘技术在档案信息管理系统中具有较大优势和潜力。以数据挖掘技术的概念和用途为视角,阐述了该技术的归纳、有关法则和粗糙集三种具体表现形式,进而分析了该技术在交通档案、医疗档案等档案信息管理系统中所发挥的作用,尤其是详细论述了其降低档案鉴定工作成本的可行性。研究表明,计算机数据挖掘技术为档案信息管理系统提供了技术保障;降低了档案工作人员的工作量,提高了其工作效率及质量;强化了档案信息管理综合水平。该技术将有助于进一步强化管理档案信息的意识,提高档案信息的保存效果,同时促进计算机行业的发展,推动社会的进步。Computer data mining technology has great advantages in the archive information management system. As per the perspectives of concept and purpose ofdata mining technology, the three kinds of its specific forms, such as induction, correlative principle, and rough set, are expounded. Further, its important roles played in archive information management system for transportation and medical are analyzed, especially, the feasibility of cost reduction on archival evaluation is discussed in detail. Research shows that, the computer data mining technology provides technical support for the archive information management system; it can reduce the workload forarehive staffs as well as improve their working efficiency and quality.Also, archive information management level is strengthened. This technology will help to further enhance the awareness of archive information management, as well as improve the efficiency of the preservation of archive information, while promoting the development of the computer field, and thus promote the progress of society.
