摘　　要：清末新政时期是中国禁烟工作取得显著进展的时期,因此清末新政时期禁烟问题研究对我国现阶段禁毒工作和禁毒史研究都具有重要历史意义。学界对此问题研究主要集中于禁烟政策、地方禁烟问题和禁烟经验教训这三方面。虽出现较多学术成果,但仍然存在着不足与可研究空间。the New Deal period of the late Qing Dynasty is a period of significant progress in the work of China＇s opium ban, so the research on the prohibit opium in the New Deal period in the late Qing Dynasty has an important historical significance to the anti drug work in our country. The academic research on this issue focuses on three aspects： the prohibit opium policy, the problem of local prohibit opium and the lessons learned. Although there are more academic achievements, there are still insufficient and available research space.
