摘　　要：以李宗仁为首的新桂系在执政广西期间,鉴于严峻的国内外形势,为维护其利益及统治,安定社会,对司法制度进行改革。本次改革以自立、自强、自治为前进方向,探索改革之路,力推司法与行政相分立、建立健全司法机构、培养法律专业人才。对推动当时广西法制社会的进程、保障社会治安和经济发展起到特别重要的作用,对于当今广西法治社会建设也具有有益的启示。In view of the serious foreign and domestic situation, the New Guangxi Clique under the lead of Li Zongren reformed the judicial system to safeguard its interests and rule, and to stabilize society. This reform took the direction to self-reliance, self-improvement and autonomy, explored the path of reform, promoted judicial and administrative separation,established and perfected judicial institution, and cultivated professionals in the field of law. It is significant to promote the process of legal society in Guangxi, safeguard social security and economic development, and has beneficial implications to today's legal society in Guangxi.
