摘  要:高效节能的蓄热式烘烤是一种典型的高温空气燃烧技术(HTAC,High Temperature Air Combustion)。虽经多年发展,但设备在现场的稳定应用一直不甚理想。介绍了此项技术的原理和组成以及在宝钢炼钢厂钢包和中间包烘烤上的应用。根据现场实际使用情况,钢包可以被烘烤到1 100℃以上,包衬上下温差小于65 K,平均节能率为32.46%;中间包可以被烘烤到1 200℃以上,水口烘烤温度达到650℃以上,平均节能率为33.01%。特别是钢包烘烤器的12个季度的节能率一直连续保持在30%左右,说明该高效节能烘烤技术是稳定、可靠的。高效节能蓄热式烘烤能明显提高烘烤温度,节约煤气,进而降低转炉出钢温度,保证连铸的稳定生产。High-efficient and energy-saving regenerative preheating is the typical application of High Temperature Air Combustion( HTAC) technology. Although this has been developed for many years,the stability of device is still a big problem. The technology principle and device composition about regenerative preheating is introduced. Then the application of regenerative preheating in ladle and tundish in Baosteel steelmaking plant is described. The ladle could be heated to above 1 100 ℃,the temperature difference in the lining is less than 65 K,and the average rate of energy saving is 32.46%; the tundish could be heated to above 1200 ℃,the temperature of nozzle could be heated to above 650 ℃,and the average rate of energy saving is 33. 01%. Especially,for the ladle regenerative preheating system,the rate of energy saving is always kept at the point of 30% for continuous 12 quarters. This shows that the technology of high-efficient and energy-saving regenerative preheating is very stable and reliable. This technology can increase the preheating temperature,save energy,decrease the tapping temperature of molten steel in BOF and then provide the basis for the stable production in continuous-casting.
