摘  要:为增加高耗能企业自备电厂的发电量,减少煤气放散,提高煤气资源的利用效率,在煤气调度模型和自备电厂自发电调度模型分步优化调度的基础上,通过能量守恒和流量平衡将两模型进行耦合,提出了一种以自备电厂发电量最大、煤电系统运行成本最小为优化目标的基于煤气调度的高耗能企业自备电厂自发电综合优化调度模型。通过实际算例,纵向对比了各调度时段分步优化调度和综合优化调度的发电量及煤气放散量等影响煤电系统运行成本的关键因素。对比结果表明,综合优化调度能够增加自备电厂的发电量、减少煤气放散,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。In order to increase the output of self-provided power plant,reduce the gas emission,and improve the utilization efficiency of gas resources,this paper proposes a gas scheduling based self-power generation dispatching model of self-provided power plants for energy-intensive enterprises.On the basis of step optimization dispatching of the gas scheduling model and the self-power generation dispatching model of self-provided power plant,a model is developed by coupling the two models through energy conservation and flow equilibrium.The optimization objective of the model is maximizing the plant output and minimizing the operating cost of gas-power system.The output and gas emission between step optimization and comprehensive optimization is compared lengthways at each dispatch interval through a case in point.The results of comparison show that,in terms of economic and social benefits,comprehensive optimization is able to increase plant output and reduce gas emission.
