摘 要:通过实验和仿真数据对比,文中提出了一种包含不同防护等级风扇罩的风扇一体化建模方案。用给定风扇罩的通风率和风扇的P-Q特性曲线代替单个风扇罩的损失特性曲线,从而在风扇罩损失特性曲线未知的情况下也可以完成散热仿真设计,并且仿真和实测数据的误差在5%以内。风扇罩为出风口即风扇的工作方式为抽风时,风扇罩的存在对风扇的风量和风压影响均较大。文中提出的仿真方案和计算结果可为高防护等级控制柜的热设计及热仿真提供仿真方法和参考数据。Through comparing experimental data and simulation data, a fan integrated modeling scheme inclu- ding fan shrouds with different protection level is proposed in this paper. By replacing the loss eharaeteristies curve of a single fan shroud with the ventilation rate of given fan shroud and the fan P-Q eharaeteristies curve, thermal simulation design can also be completed without knowing the loss characteristics curve of fan shroud, and the error between simulation and test data is within 5%. When the fan shroud is at the outlet (fan works in exhaustion mode) , the presence of fan shroud has larger influence on both fan air volume and pressure. The simulation and the results presented in this paper are expected to provide simulation method and reference data for the thermal design and thermal simulation of control cabinet with high proteetion level.
