摘 要:根据地面机动雷达天线倒竖机构工作要求,对比了常用倒竖机构结构形式的优缺点,设计了双自锁液压缸加曲柄的倒竖机构。采用经典方法进行受力分析和运动分析,同时利用Pro/E和LMS/Motion软件进行了CAD建模和多体动力学仿真分析。并在此基础上采用有限元分析方法对关键结构件的刚强度进行了校核。对机构进行了实物验证,结果表明液压缸驱动力与计算结果一致,并且在小液压缸运动阶段,天线角速度与小液压缸线速度近似为线性关系,运动平稳,为类似天线倒竖机构或折叠机构的设计提供了参考。According to the working requirement of lifting mechanism of mobile ground-based radar antenna, the structure form and its advantages and disadvantages were compared. Lifting mechanism with two self-lock hydraulic cylinders and one crank project was designed. The classical method was used to analyze the force and motion, and CAD modeling and multi-body dynamic analysis was done by using the commercial software Pro/E and LMS/Motion. Based on it, strength and stiffness of some critical structural part was verified by u- sing the FEA method. The experimental results showed that the driving force of the hydraulic cylinder is con- sistent with the calculation results. When the small hydraulic cylinder drives the antenna, the antenna's angu- lar velocity and the hydraulic cylinder's linear are approximately linear, the antenna can move smoothly. The design of lifting mechanism provides theoretical basis for similar research.
