摘  要:[目的]探讨骨水泥复合人工骨修复材料在经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术中的应用。[方法]2014年11月-2015年12月本院行经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者70例,按照随机方法分为骨水泥组和骨水泥复合人工骨组,每组35例,所有患者均为单椎体,骨水泥组PKP术中使用骨水泥,而B组PKP术中使用骨水泥与人工骨修复材料复合体。于术前、术后第3 d、术后3个月时门诊随访行视觉疼痛评定(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、Cobb角及椎体前缘高度压缩率评定方法评定临床效果。[结果]所有患者手术顺利完成,均获得随访,两组患者术前、术后第3 d、3个月时VAS评分、ODI指数、Cobb角度变化及椎体前缘高度压缩率变化差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组间不同时间段比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。[结论]骨水泥复合人工骨修复材料止痛效果可以达到单纯使用骨水泥的效果,同时骨粉可以诱导新骨形成,降低骨水泥不良反应发生率,具有良好的推广前景。[ Objective ] To investigate the application of bone cement composited with artificial bone repair material in per- cutaneous balloon kyphoplasty (PBK). [ Method] A total of 70 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture who un- derwent PBK in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2015 were equally and randomly divided into control group (group A) and experimental group (group B). All patients presented with a single vertebral fracture. Group A used the bone cement for PBK, while group B used the bone cement composited with artificial bone repair material. The following indices were observed in the two groups before surgery and at 3 days and 3 months after surgery: Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, Os- westry Disability Index (ODI), Cobb angle, and anterior vertebral height compression ratio. [ Results ] All patients successfully completed the surgery and were followed up. There were no significant differences in VAS score, ODI, Cobb angle, and anteri- or vertebral height compression ratio between the two groups before surgery ( P 〉 0.05 ). Both groups showed significant im- provements in the above indices at 3 days and 3 months after surgery ( P 〈 0.05 ). However, there were no significant differ- ences in the above indices between the two groups at 3 days and 3 months after surgery ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] Bone ce- ment eomposited with artificial bone repair material has the same analgesic effect as the bone cement. Bone material can induce new bone formation and reduce the incidence of adverse events due to bone cement, so it holds promise for clinical application.
