摘　　要：[目的]探讨关节镜下带螺纹克氏针张力带钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折的疗效及优势。[方法]对2012年6月-2014年10月在关节镜下使用带螺纹克氏针张力带钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折的46例患者进行回顾性研究,术后限制性支具伸直位固定膝关节3周后,行膝关节屈伸功能锻炼,术后半年行内固定物取出。[结果]所有患者均获得随防,随访时间6-17个月,全部骨折均骨性愈合,膝关节症状基本消失,lachman试验阴性,术后12个月Lysholm膝关节评分（93.65±3.8）分。[结论]使用关节镜下带螺纹克氏针张力带钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴骨折,具有复位方便、固定可靠、克氏针稳定的优点,术后疗效满意。[ Objective] To investigate the clinical effect and advantages of arthroscopic fixation with threaded Kirschner wire （K -wire） and tension band wire in the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures. [ Method] A retrospective a- nalysis was carried out in 46 patients with tibial intercondylar eminence fractures who were treated with arthroscopic fixation with threaded K - wire and tension band wire from June 2012 to October 2014. The knee was kept in straight position by braces for three weeks,and then flexion and extension exercises were performed. The internal fixator was removed at six months after sur- gery. [ Result] All the patients were followed up for 6 to 17 months. All cases achieved bone healing, and the symptoms of the knee joint almost disappeared. The Lachman test was negative. The Lysholm knee score was 93.65 ± 3.8 at 12 months after sur- gery. [ Conclusion ] Arthroscopic fixation with threaded K - wire and tension band wire has the advantages of convenient reposi- tion, reliable fixation, and stable K - wire in the treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures, and can achieve satisfactory etticacy.
