网状红斑型扁平苔藓1例

摘　　要：患者男,28岁。四肢及腹部暗褐色网状斑片两年余。皮肤科情况:腰腹部及四肢伸侧见泛发暗褐色网状斑,其上可见散在分布大小不等的紫红色多角形扁平丘疹,组织病理诊断为扁平苔藓,该型属于红斑型扁平苔藓特殊类型。A 28-year-old male came to clinics because of dark brown reticular lesions on his limbs and abdomen for two years. Physical examination showed generalized reticulate erythema on his waist, abdomen and the extensor of limbs, with purple polygonal flat papules in different size on the surface. Lichen planus was diagnosed accord- ing to the pathological findings. This case should be to a special type of erythematous lichen planus.
