摘　　要：患者男,37岁。右下颌见暗红色结节。皮损组织病理示:真皮全层可见大量组织细胞、淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润,可见组织细胞伸入现象。免疫组化染色示组织细胞S-100蛋白强(+),CD68(-),CD1α(-)。服用沙利度胺半月后手术治疗,继续随访中。To report a 37-year-old male patient suffering from CSH （ Cutaneous sinus histiocytosis）. The only clinical manifestation was a red nodule on his right submaxilla. Skin biopsies from the lesion revealed dense dermal infiltrates composed essentially of histiocytes, lymphocytes and plasma cells. Some histiocytes displayed emperipolesis. By immunohistochemmical analysis, the characteristic histocytes were positive for S-100 protein, negative for CD68 and CD1α. After taking thalidomide half a month, the patient requires surgical treatment.
