二期梅毒误诊1例

摘　　要：患者女,58岁。全身出现皮疹伴瘙痒2个月。梅毒定量检查TRUST 1∶32(+),TPPA(+),确诊为二期梅毒。曾4次在当地医院及小诊所就诊,皮损组织病理和皮肤CT检查,诊断为"银屑病"、"湿疹样皮炎",并给予消银颗粒、白芍总苷、氯雷他定等口服,外用卡泊三醇等治疗,无明显疗效。A 58 years old female had generalized itchy rashes for 2 months. S.vphilis tests showed TRUST 1：32 （ ＋ ） and TPPA （ ＋ ）. Patient was diagnosed with secondary syphilis. She had visited local clinics 4 times, and had been diagnosed with ＂psoriasis＂ and ＂eezematoid dermatitis＂ according to the pathological and skin CT findings. The patient did not respond to the treatment with either oral Xiaoyin particles, total glucosides of paeony and loratadine or topical calcipotriol.
