润燥止痒胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病血虚风燥证29例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病血虚风燥证的临床疗效。方法 59例寻常性银屑病血虚风燥证病患者随机分为两组。治疗组29例同时予润燥止痒胶囊口服以及NB-UVB治疗,对照组30例仅予以NB-UVB治疗。治疗维持8周。结果治疗组有效率65.51%,明显高于对照组有效率(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的瘙痒量化以及PASI评分下降均优于对照组,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服润燥止痒胶囊联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常性银屑病的血虚风燥证型具有良好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Runzaozhiyang capsules combined with NB-UVB in the treat-ment of psoriasis with blood deficiency and wind-dryness. Methods Fifty-nine psoriatic patients with blood deficiency and wind-dryness were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 29 patients were treated with Runzaozhiyang capsules and NB-UVB while 30 patients treated with NB-UVB alone served as controls. Patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results The total effective rates were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the controls （65.51% vs. 30%, P 〈0. 05）. The improvements of both PASI and VAS score were more dramatic in the treatment group than in the controls （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of Runzaozhiyang capsules and NB-UVB is effective for psoriasis with blood deficiency and wind-dryness.
