摘　　要：2016年2月,欧洲变态反应与临床免疫学会(EAACI)发布了《职业性超敏性肺炎的意见书》。指南的专家小组主要评价当前关于职业环境因素导致的超敏性肺炎的文献,更新职业性超敏性肺炎的定义并为其诊断和治疗提供临床指导。本文件报告书目的 :(1)目前对职业环境引起的超敏性肺炎的认识。(2)提出对该疾病的诊断和临床管理指南。In February 2016, the European Association for Allergy and Clinical Immunology （EAACI） published the opinions of occupational hypersensitivity pneumonitis. The expert team of the guideline is mainly to update the definition and to evaluate the current literature on the diagnosis and treatment of hypersensitivity pneumonia caused by occupational environmental factors, and to provide clinical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment. Objective of this paper： （1） to promote the current understanding of the occupational environment caused by hypersensitivity.; （2） to provide a guide to the diagnosis and clinical management of the disease.
