摘 要:为了掌握发动机进气流量对水滴撞击特性的影响规律,采用欧拉方法建立水滴运动方程,基于分区多块结构网格体系求解水滴运动轨迹,提出了复杂外形飞机水滴撞击特性的计算方法.基于该方法对发动机进气道唇口进行水滴撞击特性分析,研究了不同发动机进气流量对进气道唇口水滴撞击特性的影响.结果表明,发动机进气流量越大,水滴收集系数最大值越大.因此,航空发动机吊舱进气道前缘的防除冰系统设计必须考虑不同飞行状态下进气流量的影响.In order to understand the effect of air inflow of engine on the impingement characteristics of water droplets, the motion equations for the water droplets were established with Eulerian method. Based on the multi-block structured grid system in subregion, the motion trajectory of water droplets was solved. A calculation method for the impingement characteristics of water droplets on the airplane with complex configuration was proposed. Based on the proposed method, the analysis on the impingement characteristics of water droplets for the air inlet lip of engine was carried out. In addition, the effect of different air inflow of engine on the impingement characteristics of water droplets at the air inlet lip was investigated. The results show that the bigger the air inflow of engine is, the bigger the maximum value of water droplet collection coefficient is. Therefore, the effect of air inflow at different flying states must be considered in the design for the anti-icing system at the leading edge of nacelle air inlet of aero-engine.
