摘 要:为了提高急倾斜煤层水平分段综放开采的顶煤采出率,基于BBR研究体系,以某矿1203东翼工作面为工程背景,采用相似模拟实验和理论分析相结合的方法对放煤方式进行优化研究。实验结果表明:采用大间隔放煤方式,在初始放煤后,放煤漏斗主要由上分段采空区矸石对顶煤放出区域进行递补而形成,更有利于顶煤的放出;工作面不同位置的顶煤放出量呈现出锯齿状分布,锯齿峰值较大,反应了放出体充分发育;顶煤采出率比顺序放煤和常规间隔放煤分别提高了5.91%和3.17%。最后通过计算1203东翼工作面合理放煤间隔对其现场放煤方式进行优化,提高了其顶煤采出率。To increase the top- coal recovery ratio in the condition of horizontal subsection top -coal caving in steeply inclined coal seam, based on BBR system and taking 1203 east wing working face of a coal mine as the engineering background, similar simulation and theoretical analysis are used to optimize the interval drawing mode. The similar simulation result indicates that when we adopted large interval drawing, the drawing funnel is formed by filling gangue from the gob of upper level which creates a favorable condition for top - coal drawing. Besides, the distribution of drawing volumes in different positions is'in jagged shape, and the peak of the jag shows the full development of the drawing body. Compared with the drawing in order model and the interval drawing model, the top - coal re- covery ratio of the model with large interval drawing is increased by 5.91% and 3.17% respectively. At last, the optimal drawing method of 1203 east wing working face is obtained by calculating the reasonable drawing interval, which improves the top - coal recov- ery ratio.
