摘  要:基于某矿705工作面煤层具有冲击、突出复合型动力灾害危险,提出了应用高压水射流旋转割煤一体化技术防治的思路,以理论计算,数值模拟及现场实测对巷帮煤体中应力及瓦斯分布规律进行了研究,从应力转移和释放、增强煤体透气性的角度对复合型动力灾害进行现场防治。研究结果表明:一体化防治技术能够使巷帮煤体中高集中应力转化为内外低集中应力;同时,能够保持较长时间的瓦斯抽放高浓度值。Based on the coal seam of 705 working face with danger of dynamic disasters combined rock burst and gas outburst in a coal mine, the idea of using high - pressure water jet to prevent the compound dynamic disaster by a continuous and rotational way was pro- posed. Theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and site practice were applied to analyze the stress distribution and gas distribution of surrounding rock in roadway. From the view of stress transfer and release and improving the permeability of coal seam, the compound dynamic disaster was prevented in situ test study. The study results showed that the integrated prevention technology can make the high concentrated stress convert into two low concentrated stress ; at the same time, it can keep the high concentration of gas drainage for a long time.
