摘 要:针对翟镇煤矿采掘接替紧张的局面,为提高下山锚网喷巷道的掘进速度,通过对爆破方法进行优化,采用"双循环爆破法",打破传统的锚喷巷道每班1茬炮观念,使炮眼利用率提高到95%以上,与传统爆破方法相比,每班循环掘进进尺量提高了0.6 m,对高产高效矿井建设和提高经济效益具有重要作用。Abstract: For the situation of tense excavation replacement in Zhaizhen Coal Mine, in order to enhance advance rate of anchoring and shotcreting roadway, through optimizing the original blasting method, we propose a new blasting method named "bicirculating blasting method" , which breaks the traditional concept of a crop of gun of each class in traditional method. Compared with existing methods, the utilization rate of blasting hole can reach over 95% , the tunneling footage has been enhanced O. 6 m per shift, which could play an important role to construct the high production and high efficient mine and to improve the economic benefit.
