摘 要:为解决玉溪煤矿深部松软破碎巷道变形大、变形机理复杂的难题,基于巷道围岩地质力学测试,分析了玉溪矿中央回风大巷变形破坏特征及其失稳机理,认为高地应力、低围岩强度和支护方式不合理是造成巷道围岩变形的主要原因。据此提出了高预紧力高强度支护技术,并进行了现场应用。应用结果表明:采用新支护设计方案后,中央回风大巷两帮未有明显变形,总变形量在27 mm左右,顶板变形总量更小,约为18 mm,有效控制了巷道的长期流变。In order to solve the difficult problem of large deformation and complicated deformation mechanism of deep soft and broken roadway in Yuxi Coal Mine, based on the geological mechanics test of surrounding rock, the deformation characteristics of central return air roadway and instability mechanism are analyzed, it is considered that the main causes of surrounding rock deformation are the high stress, surrounding rock strength and the unreasonable support. Based on the above, the high strength and high strength support tech- nology is proposed, and the field application is carried out, the results show that the deformation of central return air roadway is smaller after adopting the new support scheme, the total deformation amount is about 27 mm, the total deformation of the roof is smaller, it is about 18 mm, which can effectively control the long- term evolution of the roadway.
