摘 要:针对内蒙古巴彦高勒煤矿回采巷道强矿压显现问题,采用现场实测及理论分析方法,通过分析采空区上位关键层破断特征及回采巷道围岩受力,对巷道强矿压显现机理及其防治措施进行了研究。结果表明:临近工作面回采结束后,本工作面的回采促进了上位关键层破断,若上位关键层悬顶长度较大,岩层断裂时将释放较大的能量易导致下位关键层受力增大,因而回采巷道围岩受力增大;不同巷道与上位关键层断裂岩块相对位置不同,因而围岩受力增幅不同,仅回风巷道发生强矿压显现;提出了相应的强矿压显现防治措施,在现场应用效果显著。Aiming at the problem of strong strata behaviors of Bayangaole Coal Mine roadway in Inner Mongolia, based on the field ob- servation and theoretical analysis, we studied the mechanism of the strong strata behaviors of roadway and its prevention measures through analyzing the fracture characteristics of upper key strata and surrounding rock stress of roadway. The results show that, after the mining of the adjacent face, the mining working face will make the upper key strata broken. If the hanging arch length of upper key stra- ta is too large, much energy will release when this strata breaks, then the stress loaded to the lower key strata will increase, which increa- ses the pressure loaded to the surrounding rock of the roadway. Because the relative positions between the different roadways and the broken rock blocks of upper key strata are different, the stress of these roadways is different. As a result, the strong strata behaviors will occur only in the return air roadway. Hereby, the prevention measure is proposed, and the effect is remarkable in the field application.
