摘 要:以超深井提升机制动系统为研究对象,构建了制动系统的虚拟样机模型,获得了不同制动比压下闸盘转速随时间的变化关系;在此基础上,考虑盘形制动器材料参数的温度特性,构建了制动器三维瞬态热-结构耦合有限元计算模型,获得了紧急制动过程中制动器的温度场/应力场分布情况,揭示了超深井提升机紧急制动过程中制动器瞬态温度场/应力场的分布规律。Taking the braking system of ultra deep mine hoister as the research object, a virtual prototype model of braking system is es- tablished and the relationships between the rotation speed of brake disc and the time under different pressure were obtained, based on this, the material characteristics with temperature were considered too, a three dimensional transient finite element model of thermal - structure coupling was built, the distribution of temperature field and stress field of brake in emergency braking was acquired, also the distribution laws of temperature and stress field were revealed.
