转化医学与中医防治肾脏病研究策略

摘　　要：转化医学的概念是在过去的20年发展成形的,近来,全球范围内的转化医学经历了从兴趣到资金投入的高峰。转化医学是从医学基础到应用研究的双向道路:即实验室到临床和临床到实验室。当前在中国转化医学同样受到重视,并且已经应用到中医学中。中医学存在独立的理论系统,是临床经验的高度总结,因此将转化医学应用于中医应该与中医学的特点、问题和需要相结合。中医发展模式是从临床实践到理论再到临床实践,这与转化医学模式非常相似。很多中药和治疗方法可有效治疗肾脏疾病,但是远远不够临床使用。因此有必要将转化医学的方法和理念借鉴到中医防治肾脏病上来。Translational medicine is a new concept developed in the past two decades, and it has recently experienced from worldwide attention to an upsurge in funding. Translational medicine has been considered as a two-way road： benchto-bedside and bedside-to-bench. At present, translational medicine has become popular in China and been introduced into traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. TCM has a unique theoretical system and mainly reflects the characteristics of the experience-based medicine. Therefore, putting translational medicine into TCM should consider the characteristics, problems and needs of TCM. The development mode of TCM is ＂from clinical practice to theory and then to clinical practice＂, which is similar to translational medicine. Many effective herbal medicines and therapeutic methods have been widely used in clinical practice for kidney diseases, but it is still not enough for clinical doctors. So it is necessary for the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases to refer to the methods and conceptions of translational medicine.
