摘　　要：作为一种现代性现象,科研不端与当代科研管理中的理性主义之间具有内在联系,它是当代科研管理中科学与人文冲突的必然结果。具体表现为量化逻辑与不同科研劳动的学术个性之间的冲突、计算理性与科学研究的风险性之间的冲突、技术效率与科学研究的自然效率之间的冲突、标准化与学者感性的学术生活之间的冲突等。克服科研不端的出路在于:在上述冲突之间保持合理张力,超越当代科研管理中的理性主义。As a phenomenon of modernity,research misconduct has an inner relation with the rationalism in contemporary scientific research management,which is an inevitable result of the conflict between sciences and humanities in contemporary scientific research management.It is specifically embodied in conflicts between quantified logic and academic personality of different scientific research work,calculative rationality and the risk of scientific research,technical efficiency and natural efficiency of scientific research,standardization and perceptual academic life of scholars.The way to overcome research misconduct is to keep reasonable tension in these conflict and transcend the rationalism in contemporary scientific research management.
