摘 要:目的研究人参辅酶Q10复配制剂缓解体力疲劳的作用。方法以0.083、0.167、0.500 g/kg·bw低、中、高3个剂量组,给小鼠连续灌胃30 d后,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素含量、肝糖原含量、血乳酸曲线下面积大小的变化。另设对照组灌胃予以等体积的植物油。结果样品各剂量组与对照组比较,高剂量组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳试验时间(596.9±162.5 s)、降低血清尿素含量(7.07±1.74)、增加肝糖原含量(23.294±7.955),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各剂量对小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积未见明显影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人参辅酶Q10复配制剂具有缓解体力疲劳的功能。Objective To study the effect of Ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparations on alleviating physical fatigue. Methods The mice were divided into the low-, medium- and high-dose Ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparation groups (0.083g/kg·bw, 0.167g/kg·bw and 0.500g/kg·bw), and then they were given Ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparations by gavage for 30 successive days. The control group was intragastrically administered with the same volume of vegetable oil. The changes of the load swimming time, the serum urea level,hepatic glycogen content, and the area under the blood lactic acid curve in these mice were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the high-dose Ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparation group could significantly improve the load swimming time (596.9±162.5 s), decrease the serum urea level (7.07±1.74) and increase hepatic glycogen content (23.294±7.955), with statistically significant differences (all P〈0.05). The low-, medium- and high-dose Ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparations showed no obvious effect on the area under the blood lactic acid curve, and no statistically significant differences were found between the control group and each dose group(all P〉0.05). Conclusions Ginseng-coenzyme Q10 mixed preparations has the function of alleviating physical fatigue.
