摘 要:通过梳理110 k V^500 k V^1 000 k V等不同电压等级输电线路铁塔的结构尺寸、质量等参数,根据流动式起重机组立铁塔的工艺及技术特点,总结出适用于不同铁塔的组塔技术参数。根据施工作业点集,提出了起重性能曲线及典型工况参数,形成的性能曲线可包络全部工况的90.6%。针对输电线路工程的地形地貌特点,提出了山区地形与平丘地形两种组塔专用流动式起重机的爬坡能力、转弯半径、整机质量、整体尺寸等技术要求。该参数的提出为专用流动式起重机的形式设计、功能设计提供准确的边界条件,使其能够充分满足输电线路铁塔组立需要。Considering the structural size, quality and other parameters of the tower for the transmission line of different voltage grades including 110 kV - 500 kV - 1 000 kV, and the process of erecting the tower and the mobile crane and technological features, the paper summarizes the technical parameters for erecting different towers. According to the field operation point group, the crane performance curve and typical duty parameters are described in the paper, with the per- formance curve covering 90. 6% of all the working conditions. Considering the landform characteristics of the transmission line works, the paper puts forward the grade ability, turning radius, crane mass, and overall dimension of two mobile cranes for tower erection in mountainous areas and plane areas. The proposed parameters can provide accurate boundary conditions for desining the pattern and functions of the mobile cranes, meeting the demand of erecting the power transmission line tower.
