摘　　要：研究一种模拟起重机回转机构运行的试验装置,介绍该试验装置的结构形式和工作原理。该试验装置较方便地实现了垂直载荷与倾覆力矩的改变。回转作业时不但可以实现转台大于360°连续回转作业,还可以改变回转速度,模拟不同转速下的回转运行。该回转机构小巧,结构尺寸紧凑,实验方便,生产成本低。The paper studies a test device used for simulating the operation of the crane slewing mechanism, and intro- duces its structural type and working principles. The test device can be used to change the vertical load and capsizing moment ; during the slewing operation, the test device can realize continuous slewing operation greater than 360°, and change the slewing speed and simulate the slewing running at different speeds; The slewing mechanism is exquisite and compact, and the test is easy to operate and has low production costs.
