摘 要:针对目前偏心轴加工过程中存在的夹具调整复杂、加工效率低下等问题进行研究,提出了利用三菱机器人对偏心轴数控磨床加工系统进行改造的方法。采用康奈斯3D视觉系统代替传统的装夹方式,设计出针对性的机器人控制程序,解决偏心轴数控磨床自动上下料、偏心距自动调整、机器人与数控磨床通讯等难题,实现偏心轴加工过程的全自动化柔性控制,极大地提高了偏心轴零件的加工精度与加工效率。Aiming at the problems of the low machining efficiency and complex clamp adjusting in the process of eccentric shaft, research was carried out. A method was proposed to improve computer numerical control ( CNC ) grinding machine for machining eccentric shaft by Mitsubishi Robot. The COGNEX three diemnsional (3D) vision system was taken to replace the traditional installation way, a robot control program was designed accordingly to solve the difficult problems such as the automatic load and unload of CNC grinding machine, and the automatic adjustment of distance of eccentric shaft and the communication between the robot and CNC grinding machine. The full automatic machining process of flexible control of eccentric shaft comes true, which greatly improved the machining efficiency and precision of parts.
